South Congress

One of Austin's hippest hangouts, also called SoCo, this stretch of Congress Ave. is lined with quirky shops, trendy dining spots, unique accommodations, art galleries and music venues. "First Thursday" is held the first Thursday of each month, when merchants remain open until 10 p.m. and host an array of events, activities and music.
