This 11,300-acre refuge on the Big Mineral Arm of Lake Texoma is a haven for migrating and wintering waterfowl. Fishing, hunting and wildlife-observation opportunities are plentiful. About 300 bird species have been recorded here. Wildlife guides, bird lists and a self-guided driving tour are available at the visitor center.
