Nuestra Señora del Carmen

was established in 1681 for the Tigua tribe and dedicated as Corpus Christi de la Ysleta in 1690. Damaged by both floods and fires, it was restored and maintained in the original style. It is the oldest mission in Texas.

Educational walkthroughs are 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Tue.–Sat and 1-4 p.m. Sun. Church closes at 4 p.m.
