Plano Civic Chorus presents this concert that tells the story of Alzheimer’s through music and images. The winning submission from the Emerging Choral Composer Competition is also performed. Guest performers include Plano Children’s Chorus and Plano Chamber Chorus. There’s also a short pre-concert talk about the disease and services for those affected by it.
