Edinburg Chamber's largest annual celebration is not only a big party, but it also honors an important moment in the city's history. It was created more than 40 years ago to commemorate Edinburg as the county seat. Major attractions such as the Heart of America Carnival, regional food, arts and crafts, and top-notch entertainment are a large draw to the community festival.
