This one-of-a-kind theatrical event highlights the unique history of Cottonwood Shores, which has roots reaching back to the Texas Revolution as well as prehistoric Native American settlements. Participants embark on a hayride with an on-board tour guide who points out key historical sites in the city. The ride pauses at featured locations to hear from the "legends" who carved the paths for the current way of life in Texas Hill Country. In addition to the hayrides, there is a festival at the base site, along with demonstrations of historical tools, such as how to use the atlatl, flint knapping for arrowheads, and cannon fire used during the Texas Revolution.
