This family-friendly event celebrates the dairy industry in Stephenville along with celebrating its rich western heritage. Over the years, the event has featured dairy activities, tethered balloons and balloon rides, live music and entertainment, a carnival and kids zone, food trucks and vendors, a wine tent, and balloon glows.
