The Sacred Springs Powwow is a two-day annual celebration honoring the culture, art, traditions, and languages of the Coahuiltecans, the Native people who have lived in the San Marcos area for thousands of years. Held at the Meadows Center, the event features more than 100 Native dancers competing in stunning, handcrafted regalia to the rhythm of traditional drums and songs. Guests can explore a market of more than 50 arts and crafts vendors and enjoy storytelling, live performances, and educational programs in the Native Cultures Tent.
