Held every year on the first weekend in August, “the National Party of Texas” features live music by Texas country and local artists, a carnival, an arts and crafts show, food booths, barbecue and chili cookoffs, grand and kiddie parades, men’s and women’s softball tournaments, and plenty of other festive events.
