The festival celebrates fiber producers, artists, teachers, and enthusiasts. Vendors sell products and art while teachers and speakers offer classes with subjects ranging from fiber arts to animal husbandry practices. There are also live demonstrations—from sheep herding to washing and dying of fleeces—exhibits, and several smaller events.
